As a result, the spindles and bobbins did not match, and the coaxiality of the spindles and bobbins was directly affected after the machine was installed .
The role of the bobbin in the spinning process determines that the material of the bobbin should have good heat resistance, resistance to bending deformation, impact resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics. Long-term operation of the plastic bobbin at high speed will cause wear, or the bobbin will be damaged due to impact during operation, or the bobbin will be bent and deformed after being used for more than two years. These factors will inevitably affect the function of the bobbin.
1. Effect on the spindle
The bobbin quality is very important to the use of the spindle. High-quality bobbins can make the spindle run smoothly, prolong the service life of the spindle, and ensure the quality of the yarn; the use of inferior or deformed bobbins will not only increase the unbalance of the spindle during high-speed operation, but also increase the load on the spindle bearing and aggravate the yarn quality. Abnormal wear and tear will lead to spindle numbness and head shaking, increased yarn breakage and hairy yarn, which will limit the increase in spinning speed, increase spindle energy consumption and generate noise, forming a vicious circle and increasing machine breakage rate. It affects the output and improves the labor intensity of the car workers.





2. Hairy yarn and weakly twisted yarn due to bobbin skipping
The material of the bobbin itself is uneven, the bobbin and the spindle are not well matched or the holding force is insufficient, the gap between the bottom hole of the bobbin and the taper of the spindle disc is large, there is thread back on the spindle, the intubation is not in place, the bobbin is light or deformed, etc. , are all factors that affect the bobbin bobbin in the small yarn stage, resulting in high yarn breakage rate, difficult operation, easy to produce uneven spinning tension, hairy yarn and weak twist yarn in the small yarn stage.
3. Poor bobbin formation causes bobbins and yarns to fall off
The size of the sky eye of the bobbin is inconsistent, resulting in different heights of the bobbin. If the eye of the bobbin is worn too much, the spindle position of the bobbin will be lowered and a bobbin yarn will occur; if the eye of the bobbin is too small or the back wires of the eye are too entangled, the spindle position will be raised, and yarn will fall off.
4. Difficulty in pulling out the tube will cause the yarn to fall off and reduce the efficiency of doffing
The sky eye of the bobbin is worn during use, and the gap between the bottom hole of the bobbin and the cone of the spindle disc is too small, which will make it difficult to pull the bobbin. It is easy to cause the yarn to fall off during doffing, reduce the doffing efficiency, and increase the labor intensity of the workers.
